This voice sounder module is designed for single applications for the detection of cigarette smoke in enclosed areas such as restrooms, bathrooms and offices. Highly sensitive, the CSA-GDVE is a battery operated unit which will automatically sound a pre-recorded voice message when cigarette smoke is detected. It is easily installed and very effective. The module requires the insertion of 4 x AA size batteries or alternatively 1 x 9V 6LR61 battery. The module is fixed to the ceiling of the area to be protected by 2 screws and quite simply monitors the environment from this point on. Fitted in minutes it can provide a simple solution to policing smoking hotspots. The unique Cig-Arrête® detector will automatically sound a prerecorded warning whenever cigarette smoke is detected, thereby helping to prevent illicit smoking on your premises and providing a visual and audible re-enforcement of your commitment to creating a smoke-free environment.
The unit cannot be mains powered or linked to any other units!
